Friday 19th January

The weekend kicks off with the 2nd Round of the NGK & NTK Esports Cup, as the series heads to Motorland Aragon. The series sees two 25 minute races take place, with a fully reversed grid for the second race. Be sure to check out the race preview written by Justin Prince, and check out the track guide before you catch the action.

Later on in the evening we have the IMSA iRacing Series head to Daytona International Speedway for Round 6 of the championship. You can see this as a bit of a sprint race prelude to the iRacing Daytona 24 Hour event taking place over the weekend, as we have 3 classes battling it out on the 31 degree banking that makes up the NASCAR Daytona Layout alongside the deceptively tricky infield.

Saturday 20th January & Sunday 21st January

The big event of the weekend is the iRacing Daytona 24.  The 2024 edition of the iRacing Daytona 24 marks the seventh running of the anniversary of iRacing’s popular driver swap/team feature that sees hundreds of teams of iRacing drivers, team managers, engineers, and spotters participate in the around the clock sim race.

To say that this is a big race is an understatement. Over the years we have seen drivers such as Ian Plasch attempt to complete the race solo to raise money for charity (even though he would be disqualified by default), some tense rivalries spilling over from other series, and one of the highest Strength of Fields (SOF) of the year. This could well see the average SOF for one of the classes at least reach 9000, and the last Daytona 24 hour before rain changes everything may well be one for the ages.

The 24 Hours of Daytona is a 24 hour endurance race held at Daytona International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Florida. The Top Split of the 12 Noon UTC Race on Saturday will be broadcasted live on RaceSpot TV, with live text updates on RaceSpot News.

Sunday 21st January

Sunday sees the Porsche Esports Carrera Cup Deutschland return to RaceSpot TV for another round of their championship. The Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland is entering a new era both on and off the track. In addition to some changes to the competition mode, the sim racers can also look forward to a new sim racing platform: RENNSPORT. The PECCD24 calendar comprises six racing events. After five race weekends between December 10, 2023, and March 10, 2024, the grand finale will take place on April 6, 2024.

RENNSPORT is a new racing simulation developed by the games publisher Competition Company, which is hosting the leading sim racing league ESL R1. All participants of the PECCD will be competing for a total prize pool of € 25,000, racing on traditional circuits around the world in the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992).

Your Sunday nightcap is a double header of action starting with the Race to the Summit 2023 Powered by Next Level Racing & Racecraft. Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping experience as Next Level Racing & Racecraft Rallycross brings you the most thrilling hill climb event of the year! Inspired by the legendary “Climb to the Clouds,” this will challenge the most skilled iRacing rally car drivers as they battle it out on the iconic Mt. Washington Auto Road.

Finally, we have the third round of the PRL Cup Series on iRacing, as they head to the track known as the ‘Lady in Black’. Any race action at Darlington is unique as drivers know that in order to do well they may well need to earn their ‘Darlington Stripes’, without completely ruining their car. This will be one of the most entertaining races of the season, so be sure to check out the broadcast.

Once again, don’t forget that you can check out our upcoming events list at the following URL (Or by visiting the Upcoming Events link from the main menu).
